Teal Mustang

The final (for now) installment in my cake baking frenzy...This one I am especially proud of, because I didn't need to reference from some cartoon character, but got to use a little more initiative. Also, I got to experiment a little with icing...which was painstakingly delicate, and made my hands shake, which sort of contradicted the whole exercise...but deeply tasty...I mean, satisfying when the result came out. This cake was made for my buddies Cedrik and Simon, twins who had their 18th birthday on Monday.

Points of Pride:

-The shiny handles and mirrors
-The soccer ball candles (even though I didn't make them, I FOUND them)
-The shoes and footy in the boot (see above)
-The beer bottles (you may have to turn down your contrast and tilt your screen back and forth to see the writing...but I MADE those...really)

I don't like the tires...they don't match the picture in my brain. Although, one could argue nothing ever does...

But yeah, apart from that...I was stoked with the result.
